Sleep and not sleeping

    Really have to stop being on the internet for hours after work, I'm getting about 5 hours a sleep a night and I think it's starting to affect me.

    I think 5 hrs sleep is more than sufficient. I sleep 3-4 hrs max. Generally, I sleep at 4 am and wake up at 7 am and hit on the road for jog at 7.30 am sharp. If your diet and daily schedule is good then 5 hrs sleep is more than sufficient. Just my 2 cents. Cheers :)

    I don't exercise apart from the occasional spate of sexual intercourse, even then I'm a lazy lover.

    My diet is terrible.

    i usually sleep 3-4 hrs ...sometimes 1 .... when i get a good 4 hrs sleep i still feel normal :)

    I sleep for about 5 hours wake up check emails(i deal in different timezones) and if theres no disasters then I'll try to get another hour in. Anyone that has kids knows that sleep is a luxury that other people enjoy !

    I use to sleep 4 hours per day! So - 5 hrs is enough.
    If you want to do business - then you've to do it.

    I wonder what on Earth I did one day earlier on the mornings when I woke up and feel like a new born god. Happens like 7-8 times a year..

    I read some book in which is scientifically proven that 4 hours of sleeping is enough and that's the healthiest way of sleeping.
    I think it's called "Power sleep" or something like that.

    WOW .. Blackhatters sleep very little!! Last night I slept 15 hours! But, i'm a 19 year old student in the summer holidays, so I have an excuse! However, I am always tired no matter how much sleep I have

    I slept for about 6 hours last night, feel alright.

    I'll just be tabbing in and out of BHW throughout work today anyway, haha!
