1) BST's Seller Contact Details Must be Links (not names)
2) SL'ed Seller has 48h to Respond & 48h before Profile/BST's Lockdown (Custom Mod Decision)
Variations:
If > Seller is cooperating and there's (1) issue, then: Mod manually decides about Lockdown
If > Seller is cooperating and there's (2+) issues, then: Lockdown (temp* can be lifted anytime)
If > Seller is away / not responding, then: after 48hours Lockdown
Legend:
Lockdown = User Profile is blocked from any way of communication outside of replying to threads.
User can still respond to all previous PM's, but he can't receive NEW PM's (by all membership levels)
User BST page becomes something similar to (or same as) BHW's 404 page with custom text / image (with or without any info)
If Users has multiple BST's it's Mod decision. All BST's Lockdown or only one BST (under SL)
Conclusion:
1) No more (or less) sc@m via the same Skype name (etc)
2) Mass sc@m rate reduction
3) BHW Marketplace Trust rate up
4) Irresponsible sellers reduction
Issues?
Fake SL report or mass report > Should be solved without troubles as Staff is able to track and know what's going on
Damage to seller is minimum and very short, since there is no valid argument against the seller.
If seller comes out (win) the SL once, Mods will also know that it was a fake attack.
You don't need to apply these (2) Rules in order to attempt something like this.
Can happen to anybody, anytime, it is enough to mark someone as bad seller to drop his REP (temp*)
Keep in mind that many sellers here never ended under SL, and they probably never will. It's because they're very legit.

I don't see this, because they have enough of time to react.
If the seller is busy with anything (X) that's fair, but then it's equally fair to Lockdown his thread, as he is not able to offer services (away)
But what if SL came from angry buyer who got what was advertised?
When seller come back and respond to SL, Mod will be able to recognize the exact issue and BST Lockdown is lifted.
This also helps the seller, because if seller is often away (X reasons) next time Mod won't Lockdown him immediately
It's not about REFUND, it's about REPLY (for start)
As rule says, Mod is the one who can see what's going on behind the scene, so Mod always decide about the Lockdown.

It's crazy how many scams we got there guys. Some sellers even have the marketplace badge (status) and they are away for month or more, while being under SL
Mod is kinda frozen here, he can BAN but that won't send money back to buyer's pockets, while that guy can:
Still doing advertising, just offline (not with his BHW profile) and even try make techniques to send and monetize some of his traffic.
Many members and BHW visitors are not aware of how things work here, and they end up being scammed.
Many BHW members believe in Jr Vips, but this quote also stands
