what skittles is saying is.. if he sends out personal refunds per user.
users could get there refund + still dispute the original payment
so hes being cautious ... im not saying its right
but that's what hes saying so he doesn't get ripped off as well
LordWilling, if you haven't noticed yet, Skittles is still here and is still on the process of refunding. Some haven't been refunded, but some have been refunded.
My suggestion is quit being such an agitator, and be calm. If Skittles want to run from here, he would do that days back, but he is still here.
A scammer will run away, but he don't ran away.
First - up to this date I don't know who you are, you have failed to send me any information in regards to who you are (registered member on my website).
Second of all any disputes filed are handled by 2checkout without any problems - I will like to see some evidence (screen captures of your disputes).
IF for any reason at all a dispute is not in favored of the buyer then I will take matters into my own hands and make sure that money is given back. Please keep in mind this is not the case with 2checkout as they have their own policies with refunds - Any seller that doesn't respond to their emails within 48 hours the refund is issued without any problems.
There is no loophole here - despite of selling a service 2checkout will refund accordingly and again if that is not the case then I will personally take care of it.
Kindly remind me who you are and I will take care of you but throughout all this time you are unknown to me.
So PLEASE tell me who you are here on this thread I will like to know who you are.
To everyone else I am doing my best to resolve everything as soon as possible - please note I am refunding as promised.

I don't know why you would lose a dispute, did you escalated the dispute?
Send me the Order Number from 2checkout's email receipt and I will check the message history for this particular dispute and see what went wrong.
@Lordwilling - skittles claimig he does nt know you. According to shitlist rule #4, members are refrain from posting, if they are not involved. pm me or post the payment details with proof, which skittles owe to you. I need this in 24 hours.
skittles: I just PM'ed you about refunding the $11.10 in my balance (can't do a paypal dispute because the transaction was months ago). I was always happy with the delivery and customer support so hope to see more services from you in the future. Thanks.
Payment Received from Skittles almost $118. And $4 deducted Paypal Fee!

I don't think that you had so many disputes so you haven't managed to solve them all in so many weeks.
I really didn't want to reply here, was patient waiting and waiting... Have sent you 3 times pm, added you on skype, sent you an email. Still no response. I am at the same status as Herbar is, and probably so many other users. So please at least answer to the PM's

In the eventuality that your services are not coming back to normal can you please refund me on my Paypal account if I deposited with 2checkout?
