Hopefully this brings big name sites to sell ad blocks more openly. Everyone loves money, after all.

I'd just like to congratulate all of you for building up SiteScout to what it is today and giving them this opportunity. Fiverr too.

They wouldn't be there without us. Proud of them. Proud of you.

It's fun to think about if members on BHW formed or merged into a SEO/Online Marketing company. Talk about leverage, yo.

I hope this doesn't get rid of us small fish, just as I'm now starting to understand how to make money off of media buys.

Really? Haven't heard of SiteScout? It's mentioned here all the time.

They used to be better. This is rebranding of quality because it became increasingly passed over due to sites selling ads not worth the price...a lot like what's happened to buysellads and buyad

It's more like the building of an aquarium or natural ecosystem fish farm as opposed to a stagnant pond.

SiteScout became filled with worthless blogs and sites with a whole lot of impressions, but no buyers.

It was a prime way to lose a bunch buying ads. It was a total sellers market providing poor quality across the board unless you spent a ton of time on research and got lucky finding a deal. With bigger sites being attracted to provide links and ads, the worthless sites will fade away.

I believe it will be a good change, especially at that sales price.

    That is exactly their plan.

I'm sure sitescout loved affiliates on the way up because of how much they helped scale their receivables, but the goal to be acquired was most likely the founders' ultimate intention, not to continually serve smaller media buyers and affiliates.

Haha if bhw did form a huge service center we could take over the internet. Maybe not the way google or facebook did but we could change the game
