Something started happening to my blogs and hubs. Last 2 blogs haven't been indexed after a week. One hub I have is about 2 weeks old at least and hasn't got indexed by google. I even dugg some of them and the digg got indexed but not the site itself. Has google sandboxed my ip or something?

Unless you're doing something really shady, I don't think you're in for any trouble. Build some links by commenting on blogs or forums :)

if you have unique content it should be a problem,
or if you have a unique content and not sure why
then look at the trade section
there is a service that says he will get your website index or your money back :)

Yup, I do have unique content. I ran through copyscape. I don't have unique content only for one site I think.

Well lets not wait for it to get indexed.. we have to submit the hub to social sites..spam eveywhere legally and do everything you can.It took me 1 day to get my new site indexed.. :)

I submitted it to digg, digg got indexed but site wasn't. That tells something is fishy.
Chances are that your sites have been indexed, they just haven't shown up in SERPS yet. Remember that SERPs aren't a real-time representation of exactly what is in the larger index. It isn't uncommon to see something pop up with the cache date listed as being a few days before it was visible. The spiders are always spidering. If you haven't already, setup tracking so that you can see when Google, MSN, and Yahoo spiders hit your site. You might be surprised how frequently they come.
