Which is better : www.mysite.com or www.mysite.com/

To slash or not to slash? Is it better to redirect the without "/" to with / or what? I'm basing my thoughts to seomoz tutorial

Use a 301 htaccess to redirect all of them into 1

ok, but which is really a good practice? having a slash in the end of the url or without?
