    Hey guys,

So I have a new site, started it beginning of October. I have about 40 pages of unique content.

So when I check my site in Google (site:URL), sometimes it says "40 results", but then later all of a sudden it shows 25 results, then 29. Number keeps changing. But the weird thing is, it still shows all 40 pages of my site (4 pages of results on Google).

    Is this normal?

If you have a new site then it is possible to vary a little.. Dont check it daily..You should check it weekly basis..

Just scan the URLs of the results given by the site command... Sometimes, results from other websites also appear in site command (I have experienced this) Which is why your you might be getting different numbers.
