I am currently stuck between 10 to 15 for last so many days. I am trying all kinds of linking strategy but I dont see any improvement

Here is the screenshot of the competition. Its in health niche so all the top ones are filled with WebMD, Mayoclinic etc.

Site is hardly 1 year old but I started working on the site recently and have just posting 11 articles till now

PS: The 1st one is my site(That is custom added URL to just show my site stats) (You can check the fresh Index so see the real back linking done in past 60 days)

I'm a noob, but it is obvious you could improve the on page seo by adding the keyphrase to your link, plus you only have 14 reffering domains for your nearly 4k page backlinks meaning you need more diversity. You should do more backlinks for the rest of the pages in your domain or you will sooner or latter be hit by google.

Penguin has knocked a lot of long established page one sites down to page two or three for their keywords.
I have spent the last few days reading quite a bit on this and other related forums to try and work out why, many people have lots of theories but as of yet no definitive facts. It might take a little time before experience on how the new algo is working becomes known.

Until that time nothing is guaranteed to work. It might pay to sit back for a week or two until the dust settles and peeps can start reporting what is and what is not def working.
