How can I

1. Reduce unused JavaScript
2. Reduce initial server response time
3. Reduce the impact of third-party code
4. Minimize main-thread work

The site speed score as per page speed insights by Google is 54. What are the tips will I need to remember and How can I solve the above issues?

what kind of site do you have? if its mostly static content I'd look at a static site generator like hugo

1.minimalize your java script, and use simple themes and effects & less tracking codes
2.reduce php scripts,optimize the images,videos & database...eliminate 404 errors,keep update your software
3.remove the 3rd party JS which does not add any value to your site.also remove the unwanted plugins in wordpress
4.the above 3 steps will help you minimize the thread work

What theme and hosting are you currently using?

Check your theme and change and feel it, And check On page SEO's other factors. Use more site speed plugins WP - Rocket recommended,

I think you use some big data images on your website. So, resize the images or use imagfy. Also reduce the unnecessary CSS file so use wp rocket or prefmmeter plugin. You will see the result very soon.

by optimizing the caches and image optimization can really help bro .

Download the query monitor plugin. That plugin will give you the plugins and errors causing slowness on your site.

Yeah, 100%. Use an image optimization plugin that converts your images to .webp files. It helps a lot (at least has for me) I typically use 3-4 images per page.

I have namecheap highest webhosting plan stellar business, install hestia theme because it's one of the rare to find themes who showing category description on the frontpage standard setup (no content on it), have redis enabled and Litespeed cache. I tried to add expired header to my litespeed htaccess but no luck, it not shows up when I check my site with the inspector tool.

google vital score of 98 and 93 in mobile
check it with gtmetrix full content load within 1 second but it shows; "Reduce initial server response time" that is 611ms. I wonder where this comes from? How to reduce this ? Please understand, I not want use a cdn neither want using cloudflare. I have a dedicated ip address.

Now I fixed it set on Litespeed cache stale to off now my server response time is 350ms instead of 611 (in google vital pagespeed tool) now I have 420ms of render blocking resources.......weird these page speed tools.
When my website design is finished I will try to eliminate render blocking resources in the function.php file without need plugin will see if that method works today in 2024.

Happy weekend!

What WP Rocket will do is to add that bit of Javascript that they found a few years after they started business (that's when they stopped claiming that "G Pagespeed doesn't really matter"... yeah right), the same piece of code that Cloudflare is using (they also didn't write it), to delay the execution of all the other Javascript on the page. That's like applying perfume instead of taking a shower. I suggest to REMOVE stuff instead, stuff meaning unnecessary sliders, live chats, multiple maps, plugins, page builders

Delaying javascript just means delaying the browser work for a few seconds. It is cheating if you will as the bloated code is still there and will still be executed, just a little later. Google cannot hang around for a whole minute on every page, so you get a pass...

I also think it is not useful to recommend Gtmetrix or anything else that is not Google Pagespeed. Pagespeed is very detailed and accurate and it is the thing that Google itself uses. What else do you want, really. Why would I even look at another Tier 2 tool, for what reason? Google Pagespeed gives you plenty of homework and again, it comes FROM Google
