Site removed from Bing Index Any way to get it back?

My sites are normal content sites nothing shady or anything all unique content and quality content, but I see they are not indexed or removed from bing index! I have added to bing webmaster tools and submitted a sitemap. (long ago)

Any way to get them reindexed, I'm using the Dublin core plugin and for one site I just submitted the bing webmaster ticket to get the site indexed

Can I do something to index them back and faster?

Do check their support,
it has been the case for too many websites lately,
reporting it should solve the problem

Contact with them using your Bing webmaster tool...
