I have a blog which has been online since August 2014. I confess it is under-monetized, the only monetization method is Google Ads, but with somewhere between 80 and 200 visitors a day (visitors not hits), anyone with adsense experience knows it translates in pennys or less.

This website, however, has accompanying: 75k followers Instagram acc, 24k followers Twitter account, 3k followers Facebook page (ok this is shit ofcourse) and 1k followers Tumblr page, that's over 100k followers throughout the social networks.

So, if I put everything for sale, the website + the social networks, would it be worth it? I mean, I don't want to keep it anymore, and I know there are other monetization methods for it other than Adsense.

Website is about a specific pop singer. .com domain which is nameofthesingerWEB.com

    Any opinions?

It's only worth income x8~x10 and if income is low then its worthless. Better to keep it and build it up then to get rid of it and start over (as long as you still get engagement out of your current followers).

100K followers by itself doesn't mean anything. The followers need to be monetizable to have value and it seems you're struggling with that. Are you using those social accounts to drive traffic to the website? If this is the case and the results are so poor, it means that they are pretty much worthless.

Valuable followers are followers that are targeted (interested in something valuable), coming from wealthy countries and most importantly, followers that are engaging with your account, that trust it and that are likely to click on links that you post to them. If you want to test exactly how valuable your social media accounts are and you think your site is the problem, then choose a CPA offer that fits your audience with a network that is willing to accept newbies (or that you are working with if you are not a CPA newbie) and try to promote the offer in a suitable way without going through your websites. If you manage to earn something, you could use this as proof that your accounts are worth buying, if not, it means your accounts are simply not that valuable right now.

Put an opt-in form and collect subscribers, create newsletter, promote affiliate link. Amazon iTunes etc - if you don't want it then sell it, but don't be surprised if you don't get the price you're asking for.

If someone were to buy it there would be a caveat due to the domain name being that of a public figure.

What kind of revenue is it generating monthly and for how long has it been making that money?
