It depends on what you want to do with your site: searches. If you're trying to scrape all the pages from a big site, then use scrapebox, and add a load of generic keywords/stop words to your site: query.

To make it more accurate I need "site:" to check the indexed pages on specific website. By doing manually it takes for me a lot of time

You can get the number of indexed pages using the 'Google Competition Finder' addon in Scrapebox. Just feed it all your site: queries as keywords.
Or if you have a bit of programming knowledge you can use an API service like ScaleSERP and get the information from the JSON, eg

Ok, there is more services like this out there, just hit search on Google then.
I know, I even made my own. Just saying that one in particular doesn't work

Yes, you can link free tools, just not websites that are owned by yourself, to keep the blatant self promotion of the forum.
