Site Hacked! Ive now got a russian subdomain???

    I noticed today i have a subdomain to my site that i know nothing of.

    if i go post.mydomain.com rather than www.mydomain.com i get redirected to some russian site!!

    deleted everything on the host all the wordpress files and the htaccess etc. everythings gone but its still redirecting?

    What can i do?

    Tell your host to refresh everything

    Delete all DNS records and you should be fine.

    waiting on the host to reply to support ticket. In the mean time my site is just showing and empty index. its killing me, waiting :(

    Its just got my domain as a parked domain on there. Will deleting this get rid of the redirect then? Delete it an recreate it straight away or do i need to wait the 24-48 hrs for the dns to propagate?

    As far as I understood "post.mydomain.com" is what gets redirected? If that's the case and you have removed everything (including .htaccess) you should log into your cPanel (or whatever you use) and go into Advanced DNS Zone Editor (or something along those lines if you're not using cPanel). Once you're there, reset your zone files and this may solve your issue. The DNS reset panel will look like this:
