So I created a niche site almost 2 weeks back, EMD, low competition. No link building or social signals have been done. I thought of waiting sometime before link building. After crawling the site for the first time it got ranked 75 for the target keyword. Then after 1-2 days it disappeared from SERPS but still showed up when I type site:website.com on google, the ranking came back again after one day and disappeared again. Then the site got deindexed. I resubmitted the link for crawling and the site was indexed in few hours and ranked again on 75 after one day before going back to NTH and getting deindexed. Today again I resubmitted the site link to google for indexing and it got indexed again and ranked 74. In 15 minutes. Why is this happening? (No messages on the webmaster tool)

Thanks guys. I have read about the google dance. I thought it's a fluctuation in ranking but does the site get completely deindexed during the dance?

No, it won't get completely deindexed but your pages might dissapear from SERPS for some keywords.
Again, this is normal, don't worry about it and give it more time.
    Goodluck!

Why do you think it is deindexed? If you can still find it when searching for the url or site:yourdomainname it is still indexed, just not in SERPs

my site gets completely deindexed. I can't find it when I search site: then when I submit it again for crawl it reappears and ranks and gets deindexed again after 1 or 2 days. That's what I am bothered about.

Wierd. Well if your content and domain are ok it might be just a kind of Google dance.
I suggest you stop fetching to Google and instead let it index naturally.
If your content and domain are ok it should get fixed eventuallly.

are you sure its getting 'deindexed' ? disappearing from SERPs is normal but when you say its de indexed then its bit strange. How did you conclude its deindexed?

That is odd, have you checked the domain's history? Where did you buy/find it, auction/expired domain list?

well maybe your density is too big and it gets deindexed asap

or you have pages with duplicate content (automatically created on wordpress)

While site search is a good way to check de indexation, make sure you are doing search with correct version of your website. for instance with or without www and with or without https.
Just add a sitemap in web master, do some basic stuff - add all version of the website in webmaster, set up a preferred country etc.
fetch as google periodically. I wouldnt bother much about it, try to add some more quality content on your website, set up a blog, post random stuff from the blog (not copied obviously)
make sure in yoast taxonomies all archives, testimonials etc are also allowed in sitemap especially if its a small site. Try to have more bulky site, its a good trust factor and will help with faster indexation in future too.
wait for a while - and even nothing happens after implementing everything then something is wrong.

Domain is new EMD. It was available.

No duplicate content. Quick question If the site gets deindexed because of density being big, then isn't it a penalty? if it's a penalty why does the site starts ranking again for the keyword when i recrawl it.

Website totally disappears from the Serps is totally normal, the algorithm is trying to find the most suitable place for it.

U submitting the site 3 times isn't normal at all... STOP DOING IT. It's not like when u keep submitting it, it will change it's mind. Never submit any url more than once.

The good news it, the longer it disappears, the better ranking it will get
