Site for Like pages

Any tutorial for creating website for likes such as likepedia and etc ?
Also if i pay to freelancer to do it - what would be the price ?

Cant understand how those pages work . Are you the owner of all the Like pages that people create via your site ? Can you post on all of them ?

If you mean the page such as "user likes PAGE NAME at OTHER PAGE NAME" then they are just sited hosted externally that use the facebook connect system. They are pretty complicated to get the hang on. They actually are not contained on facebook, facebook is just connected to them. Google Facebook connect to find out more

It's called facebook application.
The application installed on your site and using facebook canvas to render all the contents.
You need to prepare facebook api, and so on...
