It's also very much a technique/method based on judgement and experience and as such cannot be saturated over night.

Sure, you can be profitable with the basics (build a site, flip it for a few 100 bucks) but at the same time it takes both time, skill and capital to build up to the level and "investors eye" where you can see the potential and value in a site that may be overlooked by others, alongside the knowledge of your target market (ie those looking to buy a site).

IRONNNYYYYYY...

Yesterday I was thinking how I wanted to see if I could site flip after watching a niche I am into went for 12k on flippa with a 2 month history. That's whats up

Looks like the new section isn't showing up on "recent threads" on the homepage - if any mods see this would you be able to fix that? Only a few posts so far - lets get it going
