I srs can't Imagine how THAT site would cost you even $59 to make... Including the domain it looks like Template+Cheap fiverr graphics and some 1hour of total work! You can easily decrease the cost of making that and there u have your extra $20 to list on Flippa and u keep all the $

Such sites that are being sold at flippa at good price guarantees earning with earning proof. How you gonna do that? And the establishment charge can be reduced to $20 even with full outsourcing. I don't get it where you are spending $59?
 
You should have a look at flippa, this is a ready seo service selling business which is really HOT in the market. Before you STATE your opinion educate your self with the flippa market and see how many FRESH sites like this are going for , low $xxx range aswell.

You are living in theory. I have been trading on flippa since 2009 regularly. You read 1-2 ebook on flipping and opened a JV thread thinking what the hell...I have nothing to loose..The first sign to recognize a noob is shiny object syndrome.
And also instead of arguing using "can make", "could make" etc acheive the guts first to say, "I have done this".

Seriously, you suggested to get educated about Flippa when you have never done a single listing!!! Here is my 2 cent, the first rule to do a JV is have a good exit strategy. You don't sound like you have one.

Acutally i have sold serveral blogs 1 here on this forum and the rest on dp etc.

I have experience selling just not on flippa hence my search for a partner, this is a specific jv for someone who can maket my sites because in this project i only manage the creation portion of it.

and dont tell me im living in "theory" where there are COUNTLESS flippa sales of fresh service selling sites. Just becuase you might not have sold a fresh site dosnt mean you should project your insecurites on other people. By saying its not possible proves it "YOU" are the one following other cheap ebooks because you dont know how to accomplish the "impossible" which you claim.

COUNTLESS people sales fresh start ups everyday..that's true. But COUNTLESS X100 people also experience epic fails everyday. And so far from the thread, i have noticed you are not looking for experienced Flipping guys as partner, you are looking for investor for listing fee. Do you have a exit plan for your partner, in case you fail?
