    Hey guys:

I don't know if any of you guys have particular knowledge/experience in site flipping, but I am looking to flip a site, and I need some help doing so.

First off, let me give you the specifics.

It's a WordPress blog with 3 unique articles, and a sidebar ad that currently links to Clickbank. The header banner is unique too- I had it designed specifically for the site.

It only gets 150 uniques/month and 222 views/month. I'm not making any revenue from the site currently. It could be monetised pretty easily though.

It's indexed in Google and is just beginning to rank, has 2 Squidoo lenses, 1 HubPage, 3 eZine Articles, 2 Scribd articles, and a Weebly site pointing to it. Other backlinks include several social bookmarks (Digg, Propeller, iZeby, Mixx), stat backlinks (CubeStat), and forums.

Soo.. any tips? How should I go about selling the site? What should I start the price at? Should I put a bin on it?

    Any tips are appreciated.

A week or so ago, I learned about flippa.com from here. I think it's a good site to watch if you want to make money selling websites. All you have to do is monitor which sites sell and why.

Flippa is imo the best these days - not having any proof of revenue is going to hurt your sales potential tho. Try and monetize it, some more SEO and maybe an article or two, and once you have 60 days of revenue to show for, then put it up for sale.

You have a couple of options with a low priced site like that. Flippa is the obvious choice, but you could also consider WF. Loads of crappy sites there sell for prices higher than Flippa if they look nice with a new articles.

Flippa you would generally want a bit of revenue or you'll be lucky to get $100 or so. This would also be eaten into by their commission fee structure.

Without seeing the site, I would list on WF for $100 BID and $200 BIN - tends to be around that for a newish site with some unique articles, backlinks etc

Flippa is best for established sites. New sites get canned on there.

you should pay 19$ just to list it on flippa, too high fee i think for sites that sell like $100 or so.
may be you try ebay, it's free.

Try out Warrior Forum if you want to sell it now, but if you don't mind holding on to it a bit longer then you might want to try out Flippa.
