While having a little look at site flipping opportunities I read across a statement that said ICANN doesn't allow domains to be transferred between registrars until it has been registered for a period of 60 days. However, pushing domains in house through the same registrar takes only a few minutes (e.g. GoDaddy to GoDaddy). If I am to sell a couple of start-up sites that have very recently been created, how should I go about doing it? Should I tell the buyer of my website + domain to create a hosting account at my registrar so that I'll push it to them immediately, and after 60 days they can transfer themselves? Is this the norm?
