Site Flippers: What wordpress theme do you use?

I want to get into flipping sites pretty soon, but I can't really find a good theme that's perfect(can be edited) for wordpress that can be used for a review-site.

Any help here would be appreciated.

If you're keen on review sites, I think two WP review templates have been shared here.
One for amazon backend and another for ebay connectivity.

Search for WP Review for the ebay items and WP Azon for the other.

I use thesis theme, has so much flexibility and a really good theme. But to be honest it really all depends on what sort of site you are making.

I'd stay away from the same usual revolutionary themes, like the music, or church theme.

They have been milked so badly its untrue. Make your site stand out a bit from the others, Also add some premium pluggins and theme, this will also increase your chance of selling the site.

I tried Thesis 3 diff times...and each time, I know why I quit using it.

Crap! plain and simple. Overhyped junk

Thesis sucks for SEO. Got PR 0 everytime.

The PR is not based on your theme, you can even get PR even if your site is crappy. That's the matter of the numbers of backlinks (High PR,Do follow/No follow links etc.) There other factors as well, such as ON page SEO, how do you control the OBL
