I have a client whose websites is built on .aspx and all the articles are like "Top 10 Foods to Lose Weight." Now the problem is that each of the 10 foods are on a slide show, so that the URL keeps changing for each food like:

    www.example.com/10-foods-to-lose-weight/berries
    www.example.com/10-foods-to-lose-weight/eggs
    www.example.com/10-foods-to-lose-weight/oats

Now they are all part of the main page, so should I place a "rel-canonical" tag on all the foods, so that there's one strong page versus 10 smaller (content wise) and weaker page?
