I used SSES last year, and while the system itself is sound, it gets really tiresome trying to stay ahead of big G with cloaked sites. You have to build thousands of cloaked sites, and build more everyday, and build them all on unique domains or well aged sub-domains. Then G00gle will change something up and all 10,000 of your cloaked sites disappear, or your best converting merchant discovers you're sending cloaked traffic and they ban your account and you lose thousands of dollars in commissions.
If you have a lot of time, money and patience, and don't mind starting your entire website empire over from scratch everytime G00gle makes a tiny change or your affiliate account gets banned, I guess you can make some money. Oh yea, there are members there that have been using the system for years, and have pretty much every worthwhile affiliate program already spammed completely to death, so in addition to G00gle and the affiliate managers, you are constantly competing with guys that have 10's or 100's of thousands of dollars invested in domains and servers.
