Really, if you want to make some dough, here's a good idea I just pulled from my repitoire:

Grab a domain somewhere...doesn't matter where it is as long as it's never been registered.

Pick any niche, get your keywords, get your content via whatever means. Get the site(s) put up, preferably wordpress based for ease of use.

Get it adding posts at a regular rate daily, pinging automatically, perhaps doing some fun things with iframes that ping your site with a visitor's ip every time they visit.

Get a couple of hundred backlinks, and get it put into the serps through your choice linking methods.

Once you have some results, sign up for text link ads (google it...no link here), and submit the site. I suggest you get this going in a cycle, and have the sites be at least a month or two old before submitting them, as TLA will periodically deny you, in which case you can use that site with one of tla's competitors, or cloak it with cpa...whatever.

    Just my 10c.

Perhaps, but I'm holding out on everyone.

The icing is that you need wp-o-matic, and need good feeds, and setup rewrite schemes to insert keywords. That way, TLA likes you more.

To make more cash, get some cpa iframes or email forms and put them between the title and the post on the single.php page, as people will think it's required in order to get whatever you're offering them in the post...

That way, you're promoting to the serps the sites from tla, and promoting to real users the affiliate offers.

They have other schemes that I'm contractually not allowed to discuss that put organic looking links on your pages, which in turn make money just for being there...it's ad space. Google is really a crybaby in this regard, but I can tell you it works.

Just signup for TLA and check out the way they do their new contextual ads.

It's a php script. Just echo an iframe that's 1x1 pixel with the appropriate ping service url, like autopinger or pingomatic...

I really don't want to share that code. It's not mine, it's a friends over at syndk8's. I really think I should keep it on the downlow.

just get the pingomatic url that's in the bar after you submit a site to be pinged. Then, make a 1x1 iframe, with <iframe src="pingomatic url here"> ...

So much for holding back on the n00bs to help the learning experience... Well, I guess you did that, not me. If that's vsloathe's code you should credit him.

Hey, as far as that code goes, if I use Wordpress and host it on a niche domain, how can I add that code? Does the user actually have to click it or does it happen as soon as they look at the page?

Paste it into the bottom of footer.php just above the or whatever... No clicking, read about iframes. It opens the ping page in a 1x1 window that the user won't see.
