    Hi every one .
    I know some of you had update their site to be compatible with mobile devices either using WP plugin or responsive theme etc .
    long time ago I decided to design all my site my self building templates from scratch . because the designers know nothing about SEO at all .
    OK About mobile responsive theme it's not that hard . most of old templates uses fixed with for example width:1024px Or maybe width:1280px
    what I was doing tom make it responsive theme I remove all width value leaving with not specified . for contents DIV with Side bar
    I gave contents dive width:70% and sidebar 30%
    .widecolumn .post{width:70%;} sidebar {width:30%;}
    plus 10px or 1em padding to contents container .entry {padding:10px}
    The easiest way to find what Div needs to change use FF or Chrome Inspect feature and see what's wrong with your theme .
    last if you're advance user use this condition to load you customized codes or template for mobile users
    Code:
    <?php if (!wp_is_mobile()) { ?>
    HTML staff to desktop users . e.g 768 ADS
    <?php } ?>
    you don't have to change you theme or install any buggy resource intensive plugin . it's a few changes if you do it right you will have your own responsive theme .
    BTW this is not guide or similar , Internet full of guides . but it's tips to show you , it's easier then what they said in the very long boring tutorials .
