IDK if this has been shared. If so, sorry for the repost.
If not, here is the post:
Now, assuming you have a smart phone with a data plan, all you have to do is switch on airplane mode and switch it off.
That's the short of it, but here is the long:
If you are doing stuff like posting ads or registering multiple accounts for FB or Google ads (or whatever), you need a fresh IP every time and you need it for you computer (not your phone).
The best way to get internet from your phone to your computer is to use one of two apps: PDANet (USB Tether - Cheap for iPhone) or FoxFi (WIFI Tether - Free For Android). You run those as your tethering programs. Those are generic programs and your carrier may have a block on them, but I know for a fact that where there is a will there is a way, so if those programs don't work, find one that does.
Once do you are good. Connect to your phone and type "what is my ip" into google. Get the result. Now switch on airplane mode... wait... wait... switch off. and refresh your search. Bam!
Another quick note. Using firefox, you can set your browser to clear history on close, but you also need an addon called "better privacy" to clear LSOs.
Restart every time you change proxies.
Switching IPs is a big deal and worth plenty of money. There are people who sell IP addresses out there. "No Sh*t" - you say. Well I say that to say this: If you have to upgrade your data plan to do this, or buy a tether program that works with your carrier. It's a SMALL price to pay... so not "it's to expensive" or "it didn't work" posts accepted.
