Simple Twitter Question That's Left Me Feeling "Special"

Okay so after about 45 minutes of using the Search feature and reading dozens of Twitter articles on here I have not been able to find how I should more effectively make leads out of my followers.

I have 10 accounts with ~500 followers each for my niche. I have my CPA link posted on the Twitter profile page of each, which has been getting a few leads a day alone via that. But my real question which I haven't been able to figure out is should I be making the occasional Tweet about the link from each of the accounts or should I just rely on the people clicking my profile whilst I make my twice a day Tweets to make the accounts seem legit.

Is there some service or program I should look into?

On a sidenote: What is the purpose of un-following those not following you back? Just seems like giving your account an extra chance to be flagged.

A lot of people may not look at your url just from your normal tweets, I would throw it out there once or twice a day.

HootSuite.com should be perfect for managing all your accounts (and scheduling tweets)

You unfollow someone who is not following you back so you can follow others who will. This way you and your cpa link will be in front of more people

You can use tweetlater dot com's bulk upload feature (for FREE),
to upload a PLAIN text file with as many tweets as you want,
each one on a separate line, to post at intervals you specify.

Of course, you must make each tweet "unique", or twitter will
NOT post it. I suggest a minimum of three unique tweets, to
repeat every 25 minutes.

Example:
Just take your three unique tweets, copy them multiple times
in your PLAIN text file, until you have about 2 or 3 days
worth of tweets (2 days = ~50 tweets), upload, make CASH!

After the few days have passed, make a new text file,
with new tweets, upload, make more CASH...

Rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat...
