Simple Question about amazon

Hey guys,

my question is, i'm promoting amazon.com and if a user clicks on my banner and later on the same day he buys something from, for exemple, amazon.co.uk will i be credited for that order?

or do i need to signup for each amazon (france, germanty ect etc) to promote them in order visitor country ?

I think you need to sign up for each country as they each have different Terms and Conditions.

I have several U.S Amazon sites I built with the AOM script and still continue to operate as part of my white hat business. To answer your question, yes you need separate Amazon affiliate accounts to get credit for any sales from any non U.S. Amazon accounts.

I built a few U.K. and A.U. sites that I tested with AdWords but the Amazon commissions were too low for it to be profitable. So I sold them off and just stick with the U.S site now.

If you do good keyword research you can still find very cheap Adwords clicks for Amazon products that are profitable.

Well, but I just think if see the traffic-difference of amazon.com and amazon.co.uk and amazon.de for example, it is amazing how much MORE traffic on the US-site is ( http://siteanalytics.compete.com/amazon.com+amazon.co.uk+amazon.de/?metric=uv )

So I CAN'T imagine, that there is not a niche to go for anymore. You stated that the non-us amazon's are unprofitable, what is in the same direction.

Another thing waht is important in my eyes is that the standard US-Web-User is much more used to buy over the web, as for example the german or italian one.

Could you coment those thoughts somehow? Thanks
