    I have a simple image carousel flash template. I want the thumbnail clicks to open new tab or window. It has an xml file for images and links, and html index and of course the flash files. I have tried to implement this using
    Code:
    <base target="_blank" />
    in html, but no luck. The xml file is configed as such

    Code:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
    <thumbnails>

        <config
            auto_align="true"
            enable_fullscreen="true"
            folder="thumbnails/"
            tween_duration="0.4"
            tn_border_size="0"
            tn_border_color="0xFFFFFF"
            tn_alpha="true"
            x_spacing="100"
            y_spacing="0"
            side_tn_count="4">
        </config>

        <thumbnail>
            <filename>thumbnail.jpg</filename>
            <url>http://where it links</url>
            <target>_self</target>
        </thumbnail>
    I am not sure if I can use the xml file to do this, but I was under the impression that xml is simply a container, and takes no action on data.

    There is also the swf and fla, a javascript file, and the a folder that handles transitions called courina, with .as files inside.

    All I need to know, is where the most likely place to look to edit for the change I want (open in tab or window). A spoon fed answer would be accepted, but I am willing to dig into JS if I must. If it is in the file, would Trellion be able to edit the flash for the changes I need to make?

    Seems simple enough, but I can't get it to work. I must be looking in the wrong place.

    A few hours of sleep later...

    Code:
    <target>_self</target> to <target>_blank</target> could have also used <target>_parent</target> as an option
    no shit. I must have been tired this morning. Sorry all. The mods can remove this, leave it because it is so funny, or just for the basic information. LOL.
