Sick Submitter can't create Web 2.0s UNLESS if you buy the template plugin (which cost $50 or something) at the forum.

Sick is only good for profile, article, bookmark, directory, and rss submission.
And the other flaw is you must harvest your own sites.

Not just that, you must later run the harvested site with their Platform reader to sort it out.
Once you're done with that, create a 'packet' with a template to run in Sick Submitter.

Sick is used generally for forum profile creation. But there are some good paid packets which will help you. It is not a tool to create web 2.0 properties.

I am using sick for 4 months and never change it to something else. I have got lots of software including sb, tbs, amr, xgen, magic submitter, no way sick is the best.

How easy/quick in your opinion is it to create a packet?

To be honest, it's kinda troublesome and time consuming.
For instance, someone in this forum shared a huge list of SMF sites.

It was about 9000 sites or something, can't remember.
After I ran the platform reader, I only got about 2k sites.
When I ran Sick Submitter with the packet, I manage to successfully register only about 200 sites. Then some of these sites have disabled signatures and so forth.

That is why I usually buy packets at their forum (http://sickmarketing.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=15). Kinda pricey but the success rate is always 95+%

Oh and just to warn you... the Web 2.0 template doesn't guarantee success. Read up the person's salesthread that sells the web 2.0 template and you will know what I mean.

web 2.0 are very tricky, they often change templates, some of them started removing your content as soon as you posted for "self-promotion" like hubpages and bukisa (lately) and as for tools, there is a pretty good one, but it creates only 15 of them and costs about $250 if I remember correctly, then there is another one I have, BBBlogBot, which does the same, but is quite clumsy, so the best way to create them is plain vanillla browser and Roboform or iMacros if you really have to

again, if you want to create wheels, that $250 tools is yuor best bet, can't really remember its name, but its from the same guy that created Profile Link Robot

Senuke x has a ton of features and all the eye candy, but success/stability issues make it not fun to use. I do like the built in TBS/content scraping though.

I would probably recommend senuke x as you can do web 2.0 + a whole bunch of other things, plus if your a newb papa nukes got your back haha
