I randomly stumbled across this site when on pingfarm.
Such a good concept. Someone should do it for SEO as well, but with a little more restrictions to ensure quality.

you just add other peoples sites, earn credits, then add your site and they all share it back on social signal accounts, so you get the diversity and it doesn't look spammed from a single or a few accounts.
