Do any of you get orders from Fiverr then have the buyer message you afterwards and saying Im not satisfied with the information. I already knew how to do that. Then asking for a refund. This is just for my Information Product Orders ( like ebook telling them how to do something like gaining Twitter Followers etc)

If they knew how to do it then why buy the gig. I personally think they do it for every order and just like to target high feedback fiverr sellers.

I just cancel order and refund as cant be bothered to argue out for 5 dollars....

    What do you guys do?

If it happens a lot, then your technique is probably the problem. Is the info you're selling them garbage?

I love how some people buy things on fiverr and instead of wanting a fair price on an inexpensive product, THEY WANT YOUR SOUL :rip:

Nooo... 90% of customers are happy so I guess its the 10% of thieves and scam artists. Thats life I guess.

I guess better than negative feedback though.. But still annoying as they gain from my info product.

You need to only give them something that is basically a freebie. Then in the report up sell them on your real offer for $15.

You arent going to be able to do anything about the "refunders" but with the legit buyers purchasing upsells you may be able to make up for the head ache and loss of the refunders. And they wont get your valuable info, unless they purchase the up sell.

Good point. I use upselling with ebay by emailing their paypal account with other packages and upselling via my website saving ebay fees.

I demand a refund if I don't think the description matched what I received, but if the description actually describes the product then I will never ask for a refund if I feel I got what I was expecting.

This is the same reason I don't sell my stuff anywhere actually. I thought about selling products on clickbank, but not after I heard about the high refund rate. I'd be pissed to offer anything for $5 and get refunds though. Geez.

For me, it's the principle.. If it's $5 or $500 I want to get, what I've been promised.

I agree with this 1000%. I'm not making donations to fiverr sellers just for the heck of it. I'm exchanging currency for services. The problem is places like BHW where every noob looking to make money is instructed to sell on fiverr and they start offering services they can't deliver on or describing things using terms they don't understand.

im all about seller protection.. but honestly alot of gigs on fiverr do crappy jobs that are always less than.. im not saying your gigs are but i wish everyone on fiverr would deliver exactly what their sales pitch describes. There are also tons of unfair customers who cash in on requesting refund because paypals policies suck!
