That is one rocking beat and to think it was made all on the pc by some kid i suspect..... weird how easy it is now
not as easy as you might think.
I loooovvvveeee electro, been mixing it for the past year now, here's some decent but very cheesy electro tunes I found on YouTube that I quite like, usually prefer them a bit harder bit it's 3AM here now and haven't had much sleep this week so not in a great mood for proper banging tunes!!!
PS. Prepare for some badly mixed tunes before watching lol, the person attempting to mix them together is a complete muppet and also please just skip the song at 4 mins.
Bugger it, I'll make a proper vid of my favourite tunes tomorrow
yeah those are some tight trax too. im trying to produce electro house. I can spin it fine of course but i want to produce it. I can't seem to get the sound right yet. im using FLstudio and I was using reason via rewire. need to reinstall reason. I think reason is probably what im missing for those raw electro synths. my VST synths just arent cutting it.
PS. To anyone that likes electro and is looking for more check out these tunes, are all from my last order with www.htfr.com and can find MP3 samples on there also:

I'd like to get into production but it just looks way too hard lol. Pretty much like the first time you try out decks!
I reckon I could do it if I was taught, a year back I was considering going up to Manchester to SSR, the music production college for advanced DJ/Production tuition but never got around to it, may decide to go there but not yet.
I tried out Ableton Live but I had no clue where to start. I can mix Vinyl, have mixed CD's nearly as well in the past but on shit decks, have also mixed from a laptop but have no idea where to start when looking at Ableton lol
Bugger that last tube vid, this one kicks ass, some phat tunes in this one
you should VNC me and look at what im doin in FLstudio and maybe see if you can throw some stuff in there.
yeah, the last Prodigy album released in '04 was done in Reason. it's nowhere close to being easy, it just shows how powerful the software can be these days if you know what you're doing..
this track isnt perfect but it has that raw dirty sound that I love. I think im gonna set out right now to synth this sound...
I make music, well i haven't for about a year, but have Reason 4, but have never actually used it. I just use SX 3 and FL Studio 5, FL 3.11 and FL 3.56. As well Cool Edit of course and more plugins than you can shake a stick at!
I also DJ, progressive house of a Sasha/Digweed ilk. Although, i also love tech, techno and the emotional breaks end of prog house, much like the Northern Exposure style.
Everyone is one El3ctro here in my City in Germany now
In every Club you hear El3ctro.
Here some of my favourite songs:
Never listened to this old Techno shit, but when I was one day fucking high and one of my friends turned on this song..
Is it easy to make some El3ctro beats?
I can imagine it being not too hard to make dance tracks once you have perfected the software as long as you have a creative mind. Mastering the software is the hard part though, it's probably like XRumer lol, people know how to use the basics but it takes them at least a year to even start to understand or realize some of the features that it has.
I've been using Reason for about a year now. It's a great program and pretty easy to use. I started out on FL studio, but I switched to reason because I think it has a bit more quality to it.
heres a step by step of some electro house made in ableton live
