Since last month that I started couple sales threads I had to interact with support on a few occasions. Prior to that I did not even know there was support on this forum except for the moderators. I gotta say, and this is not to blow anyone's horn, whoever is behind and running those support ticket requests are doing a fantastic job, extremely professional, fast and responsive to all sorts of issues.

I mean I've dealt with support at a lot of different places, affiliate networks, hosts, proxies, services, software etc. The quality of support through the ticket system on this forum is on par and top notch compared to everything else I have ever had to deal with.

Again, I'm not blowing anyone's horn, they make you feel like a valued paying member. Because money at the end of the day is simply a measure of exchange of value and whoever runs the support here get this very point pretty damn well.
 
That's actually one of the reasons why BHW is still going strong after all these years when all other IM forums fizzled out.

The staff - that includes in-house staff and volunteer mods have all been top notch.

I'm someone who doesn't pay up easily for a subscription, but paying for Jr. VIP was never a regret. And out of around 5 Jr. VIP payments, one year of Jr. VIP was gifted to me by a mod (btw this isn't the reason I praise the staff all the time :P). They actually deserve to be praised.
