One of my sites has a stable rankings from 4 months.. In the beginning of this site I purchased a several diversity packages.. most of the links are spun weird blog comments/ spun content in an events site / weird bookmarks and directories.. Shitty Wiki pages.

Should I start disavowing these links? Is there any risk in disavowing these links although they didn't cause any drop in rankings even after some major updates?

    Thanks.

    Yes disavowing them seems reasonable.

In the same time build new links from trusted and niched sites and you will have nothing to worry about.

Don't bother disavowing them unless you get hit with a penalty in Google Search Console. Google switched their algorithm to put little to no value on those links rather than penalize sites that have the shit links pointed to them.

In general you only disavow if your rankings have dropped...
I would look at anchor distribution, and if it is good, I pass; else yes clean it.

Wait for a Google penalty is like waiting for a lung cancer to stop smoking, always better to prevent than repair.

In most cases, the site will never fully recover from a penalty.

I agree with what most have mentioned in here. Don't make any move yet, if you haven't received any penalty from Google. You could be wasting your efforts and could be worrying about nothing.
