When I'm linking to other authority sites in my niche for my articles should I put no-follow tag?
Which tag for outbound links is recommended for the algorithm to consider it as a positive aspect for my site's seo?

You can intermix both
Won't have a massive impact

I always used do follow except for affiliate links.

Use a mix of both.

I only use do follow for trustworthy sites (wikipedia etc.)

I usually use do-follow. But if I point to any site repeatedly like Wikipedia, then I use no-follow link.
Thanks

Adding nofollow to a link means you, the site owner, aren't sure if the link is trustworthy. For instance, most blogs that allow user comments to include links make those links nofollow. That's because the links are added by an outsider, so the site owner doesn't want to say that such a link is definitely trustworthy.

When you, the site owner, add a link to an authority site within a blog post of yours, then you certainly think that link leads to a trusted website. If you didn't trust the site, why would you link to it? You're specifically, intentionally telling the reader that "Here is an authority site that acts as a good source of information about this topic." So, why would you, the site owner, make such a link nofollow?

I add authority links to my website articles - I think Google likes that. And I never add nofollow to those links. I don't want to tell Google that I'm not sure about how trusted the link is!

True, i use nofollow only for affiliate links

Use both appropriately, no-follow for unknown or potentially dodgy targets. Do-follow for high quality targets.
Getting this wrong in some cases is not a big deal, getting it wrong everywhere is potentially somewhat negative

You can use both, based on the sites you link out to.

I can recommend getting do-follow tags cause without even getting power from the link targeted its just waste of time. Make sure you posting articles from high quality and relevant sites.

If you are getting links from High authority sites go for do-follow links. Some sites don't allow do follow links in that you can get no follow links. Its best to get do follow if you are paying for it ;) ;) ;)

Use both the no follow & do follow for outbound links. But don't over do it. Instead adding more than 2 or 3 links to authority sites, interlink your pages. It's much helpful to pass link juice to other pages as well.

Go with both kinds of links.

Do-follow - Google and other search engine follow your links which pass link juice to a website whereas a no follow link doesn't follow and won't pass a link juice.

If you're in a need of building a reputation on website authority, obviously do follow will increase your rankings. And sometimes business registrations and no follow methods aswell needs to compensate the balance. Also, website interlinking within the sub pages or to the other pages of same website for making detailed contents will keep the user engagement level at higher reputation.

Finally, often check the links are active or not over a period of time and update it accordingly.
