I have a legitimate LLC that I use for business. Should I use the PayPal Business account connected to the LLC for blackhat stuff or am I going to get in trouble somewhere down the line? I mean...if I'm e-whoring am I breaking US law? lol

Most ewhoring isn't against the law, but it depends on exactly what you are doing. How much of a problem would it be if your LLC Paypal was shut down?

Using your LLC to accept payments would be smart.

It removes some liability so you're not held personally liable in case you're slapped with a lawsuit and they're suddenly trying to grab your assets.

(Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer and this is my personal opinion.)

I echo the thoughts about using your LLC to take Paypal payments. Keep in mind, you could always get another PP account using your own information if you got the LLC account canned.
