If the blocks builder interface is strange for you and you need a typical page builder experience then you can just use oxygen or bricks builder. Your input is highly valuable for a beginner like me but I am totally unfamiliar with the names you shared other than elementor , I already got the elementor plan will use it first and if there is additional need for a website than obviously will check the options you suggest
