I got 800 social bookmarks from a fiverr gig (somehow) accidentally.
Unfortunately more than %80 of these social bookmarks are from deindexed .info domains.

The target URL for social bookmarks is homepage of my money site and has DR 49. So it is a very import website for me.

The owner of the gig does not remove bookmarks and tell me to use disavow tool.

Should I use the disavow tool in this situation?

Normally, I don't buy low quality gigs from Fiverr. I use it for guest posting and high quality blog commenting (e.g. $1-2 per comment). This gig had thousands of positive reviews. Trusting to those reviews was my mistake.

Should I submit only those URLs or should I add a couple of more bad links by checking my backlinks in Ahrefs?
Should I expect any negative side effects from Google after using disavow tool? At the moment my traffic is increasing consistently and I believe that I am doing everything right (not too much links and all links are high quality) except this gig. Should I expect lower traffic or penalty after using disavow tool?

I read somewhere that google continues to crawl deindexed domains. So I thought that google can still find my backlinks. And my actual problem is that they are deindexed, .info domains and uses same software. This seems to be a huge pattern for Google.

disavow it. And stop using Fiverr. You may have left huge footprints by trusting a provider who uses a particular software for social bookmarking.

Thanks but could someone share his experience in more detail? Do this, or don't do this type of sentences do not help much. I want to hear your thoughts and experiences in order to decide what to do.
What do you do in this situation? Why?

I never used it. Does disavowing links to my site causes Google to label me a spammer and hurt my whole web profile or ranking?

For example, check Marie Haynes's comment here:

"I'm not 100% sure that I agree that using the disavow tool won't hurt your site. I have seen a number of sites who did pre-emptive disavow to try to avoid a Penguin hit and they were hit severely by Penguin when other sites with similar backlink profiles were not. (I have no proof that disavow was the culprit though.)"

Unfortunately, I could not find much practical info about the disavow tool on the Internet to reach a conclusion.

Disavow! Fast. Is it MUCH easier to prevent than to fix. If you feel that any backlink is not 100% reliable and stable - disavow it right away.
Those links probably doesn't benefit you a lot (if any), but they can surely hurt you.
