That's insurance fraud. And if you were gonna do it you shouldn't have posted about it online. Now you can't do it.

You know it is fraud, but you still want to do it? Where is your morals?

If the company you work for is violating safety law, then report them to OSHA. This would be your way of "getting back" at them in legal way.

This is pure insurance fraud. If you do that, how are you different from them?

Also, they are just following safety regulations asking you to wear the goggles. DESPITE the fog that interferes your vision, they are already still following workplace safety regulation (putting goggles on during work).

So there's nothing much you can do.. unless to feedback on the fogging goggles thing.

Assholes in your workplace is normal. I have no idea how at this point you can still complain.

Also, those goggles are for your own safety anyway, there's nothing you can do about it. What you're thinking of doing is complete insurance fraud and if anything, it's YOUR ass that's going to get arrested.

The thanks a company gets for hiring your sorry ass - OP.

Go ahead with your workman's comp claim and when your IM fails and you need another job you can check that box that says have you ever been injured on the job before. That's the kiss of death on any applicant's resume. Even if you try to lie about it, larger employers use background checks that will pick it up.

On the bright side, it will give you incentive to make IM work for you because your days of $16 an hour sweeping floors are over.

You should be kissing their ass everyday they pay you $16 an hour for a sanitation job.
