Should I Start Posting Again With 1 Active Copyright Strike?

A few months ago, my YouTube channel was demonetized for reuse content. I even deleted all my videos. I want to restart the channel with a new strategy: I’ll use my own voice narration, explain the seriesin my own words, and make the videos more original.

But here’s my question , right now, my channel has one active copyright strike. Do you think I should start uploading again now, or is it better to wait until the strike expires? It will end within 12 days
Would love to hear your advice and experiences!

you can start uploading provided you follow the community guidelines, make sure you do not use logos, watermarks or any kind of audio from other channels, since your going to add your voice overs, its good to go.

You should wait until the warning period ends, because while it is in effect, your account is being watched very closely. If you re-offend during this period, the penalty will be higher than if you violate outside the period.
 
if there s only a couple of days to wait, it's better stand still until the strike expires
Youtube allows up to 3 strikes I believe and you have only 1, so your channel won't be deleted even in case there s something again
but I'd wait
 
Just wait since it ends soon, so you will know you are starting afresh entirely. New strategy, new style and new content

If it’s just 12 days, I’d probably wait it out. Uploading now might risk drawing extra attention while the strike is still active.
 
Better to wait the 12 days, then start fresh with your own original videos.
