I am currently a follower reseller for a major social network. I run the website and do SEO to get orders, then pay my partner and he delivers the followers to my customers.

I am looking into creating an LLC, but I'm wondering how people typically do this? I see that at the bottom of most sites it simply says something like all rights reserved by the website name or similar. Does this mean that they have DBA in that name? Should I get an LLC and a DBA? Or do people not typically use LLC's for these type of businesses?

    Any help is appreciated!

Get a lawyer consultation it is not much expensive and you will save a lot of time. It's really country dependent. Although you could stay illegal is what i would recommend unless you make really good money and spend them. You cant drive expensive card and not declare any income from business.

I wouldn't, it's not really necessary. I know people that didn't get their LLC until they were making $250k a year

Isn't selling followers illegal in the first place? I mean I've heard of sites like twitter and facebook going after people for this.
