Should I repost my blog articles to other social platforms?

Simple question

Should I re post my blog articles to other social platforms? ( reddit, xing, tumblr, reddit...so on.. about 20 )
Long version: I have an paid wordpress plugin who post to many web2/social accounts a copy of my new blog articles, as soon as i post on my blog.
The re-posts are.. let say shorter version of my blog article and with a text like : read more here...and my blog link. But i do this automaticaly.

Is ok to do that ?. I gain value with those links?
Is considered a duplicate content for my articles?
I can also post ( but with a little more effort fresh content with link back to my blog )
What will be more valuable?
i do not want to do harm to my main site.

It depends, but that’s not seen as duplicate content because your website that you’re linking back to holds the original indexing.

Also, certain subreddits have members that repeatedly flag any posts with links in them, especially blog links. Though, if you can get the links to stick, it’s worth it, in my opinion.

Tumblr is great for creating multiple Web 2.0 links from the same tumblr profile, but I believe tumblr is still a no-follow backlink. Still good for backlink diversity though.

I now discovered that it is about content sindication . And it must be made with some rules: i must wait my original blog post/article to be indexed and after that to be reposted to another platform..Some tells also the i must to wait to rank my content a little.
It make sense..not to post imediately after i create my original potst
