I bought 60 exact match .info domain's a few days ago for my micro niche sites..

    .com
    .net
    .org
where all taken, buy .info wasn't.

But after reading a few articles claiming .info's are harder to rank, should I buy the exactmatchdomainguide.com version?

.info domains are not harder to rank, it's just a myth perpetuated by dumb fucks who don't know what the fuck they're doing.

They are off course harder to rank, as I have tested this with my domains and go ask anyone who is giving service of Microniches in BHW they will all say that .info are not worthy.

So if I already have the exactmatchdomain.info EMD, should I spend another $10 per domain for the exactmatchdomainguide.com?

    You're clueless, which is awesome.
They do not have the same value a .com .net .org. Almost everyone knows this, but you I guess.

Well depends what you are doing and what you have done so far.
Have you done anything with the .infos?
What do you plan on doing with EMDguide.com?

.infos will be harder to rank but still hold some value if you build links to them.

Isn't .info for information website? If the keyword is about information, why not go with .info? I know a couple .info website who's #1 spot for a good keyword, and they're hard to beat (i know because my .com website is still 7 spot below it)

Only Domain name does not matter man.

I use to play with Info domains. and Info Domain can be ranked easily if you know what or how to do ;)

Nothing yet with .info's, EMDguide.com would be used for a micro niche site with adsense...

If you can get the .COM over the .INFO then by all means snag the .COM.

The overall "trust" associated with .com vs .info goes more than simply "search engine" deep. Meaning that people are always more likely to naturally link the .com vs. the .info, or allow comments/links from the .com vs a .info. That's simply what we've all been accustomed to since we've been bombarded with .info spam.

Disregard DamageX, he hasn't had useful info in over 100 posts now. But other than that he's right, .info are not harder to rank, it's just people that avoid clicking xxlsuperlongtaildomainname.info in search results. That's why you only get 30% of 1500 local monthly searches. As you're only polluting the Internet, and you bring nothing useful, you will only fool 30% of those who search for that specific keyword.

If you actually want to build a useful MFA (which reduces ad programs exclusion risks and raises your personal value btw), I'd suggest you post 40 articles on the website instead of 2, and structure the website properly into categories.

If you do it, you will find that broader-keyword-wiki.com is available and you should be able to rank easier for more than one keyword.

Lando, I would go with .com .orgs or .net because they look more proffesional. In my own expirience .info are harder to rank with and are not looking proffesional as the .com, .nets or .orgs

    Thats just my own oppinion

This is how I feel about .infos. I think it was namecheap was offering them free when I made a regular domain purchase, and I still declined it.

I bought a .com and .info emd and carried out the exact same linkbuilding method to them both; the .com ranked at number 18 and the .info was around 150 in google.

Take from that what you wish.

You might wanna check up on your numbers and brush up on your (lack of) knowledge. 1500 searches pretty much never result in 1500 visits to your site, even if you're #1. In fact, 30% would be just about average. So if you wanna make a case as to why .info domains are less trustworthy, then you should kindly pull a lower percentage out of your ass. :)
