If I want to write a few articles a week on my website containing keywords I'm targeting, should I configure my website to show all my blog posts on the same page? I understand it will be a very long page over time but the advantage of it is that I only have to build up the PR of that single page containing all of my keywords as opposed to building backlinks for every single separate blog post. The disadvantage is there may be too many words on the page and keyword density might suck. It's a tradeoff but what do you think is better? Separate pages for blog entries or all on the same page?

I will say don't. It will be better if you give each blog post it's own page, all pages will still get a boost since they are on the same website.
