Ok guys Only people at this forum only can help me with this.

I have a site which is 1.5 yrs old, has more than 300,000 indexed pages and gets almost 200,000 visitors every month acc to GA. Now I was wondering how sane would it be to buy an aged domain with high PR from DP (yes m willing to pat $200 unless theirs a cheaper option) and launch a clone of my succesful site on the new domain, with new adfence account and on a new hosting.

I believe it would do as good as the original site, oh yeah its an autoblog... wt do u think?

and can anyone please suggest me if i shld try getting a domain through scrapebox tdnam scraper or not? is it worth it?

What is the reason for the High PR aged Domain you want to buy? Why not just come up with a clever name yourself and buy one for $7.99?

i was considering high PR cz as the database would be of an already existing site, a new domain with high PR will just help the internal pages rank as well as the original site if not better.... and i dont care about the keyword in the domain....

Having a PR 3-4 domain will not help you rank better, because none of the links which added the PR will have any relevance to your website content. You are MUCH better off buying a NEW domain, getting the content online, and then paying someone $150 to do some good linking projects to the new site.

ok i would beg to differ on that.. anyways my confusion is not abt the domain.. my confusion is would it be a good idea to use an already succesful website's database to launch another one like it ? i hardly did any offpage seo on the original site

Well, then you are confused about what you are confused about.

No, it isn't a good idea, if you are getting traffic from search engines, because you will not rank the same. If you are getting lots of type-in traffic because people like your site, then it could very well take off just the same.

You are asking a question in an SEO forum, and for SEO purposes, that is possibly the worst thing you can do is to just copy/paste all the information from 1 website to another. Duplicate content doesn't rank well. If they are both auto blogs, with the same content, they would just be competing with eachother.

yaa i know they will be competing with each other but in either case i will be the one who will win... wont i ? as it is my main site is sitting on all top 3 spots for many long tail searches n lemme remind you its an autoblog... which means content is not unique(no translation , no spinning) ....
