    Hi,

Im a member on a forum that is relevant to my niche.
I have my keyword in my signature linking to my site.
Is this going to ruin things as far as keeping my anchor broad.

If my anchor text is "blue widgets" and im making 50 posts a day, isnt this 50 backlinks for the keyword?

What should i do in this case?
Should i use naked url instead?

Will there be a problem if most of my links come from naked URL?

Hope for some help on this

I wouldn't worry, I mean plenty of people have sitewide links on their sites that have tens of thousands of pages. Since its all on the same domain, you know?

From my knowledge, sitewide links are really bad for ranking. Google looks down at this, because it looks to google like you're trying to achieve a ton of backlinks from one site. Has this changed?

So would you recommend using my keyword or naked URL?

it's not about keyword or naked url they said if you will get too many links from one domains so according to G algo it will not count.

But if you many backlinks from same domain if that domain is really High authority in G so you will get very power from that if the site is not worth to G so the backlink is waste from it.

Sitewide links do work, no matter what you read. In the niche I'm playing with there's 3 of us sharing #1 for most terms and the other 2 use sitewide links heavily with no repurcussions. this isn't an easy niche either.

But wouldnt this make your anchor text favour towards one keyword heavily, which Google now hates?

If you've got 100's of links maybe. If you've got over 250,000 links probably not.

My understanding is that the safest backlink you can get is the one with no anchor text. And, as has been previously mentioned, the worst that can happen if you have too many is that they are ignored.

Yes for this project i have under 100 backlinks so i have to be careful.
I think using naked URL or even an image would be the best option for me
