Should I give full control to my fiverr account ($1.2k last month) to my VA?

    Hey BHW'ers,

I have a fiverr account that does roughly $1.1k $1.2k per month - a good decent amount. I am trying to expand the account into other areas at the moment but can't due to time constraints.

I used to have a second fiverr account that did roughly $150 but I suspended all gigs since it was just taking up time compared to how much I could make compared to account 1.

The problem is that I don't have time manage this account as much because of education and other things. I am thinking of selling the account but I don't think that will go well because it is against fiverr TOS.

I already outsource some of the orders, roughly 50% - 60%, roughly 50% - 60%, to a VA who does them but I want to step back and let the VA take full control of the orders. Except the communication with buyers that will be done by me.

This in it self will be a huge time saver.

Anyone has experience of doing this? Any tips you can throw to me?

My main concern is that the VA can clearly see how much the account is doing and might get greedy and find a way to trigger a payout that will go to his/her paypal account.

    Notes:
VA gets paid $200 part time 2 hours per day,7 days per week.
A different VA may be hired for $400 per month.

Well I don't see a problem if you keep checking up on the account at least once a week. The VA knows you are making more than you are paying them obviously or you wouldn't pay them that much. But different ips on the fiverr account might cause lockouts or something?

    Okay.

How can I reduce the time I spend on fiverr so I have time for other things?

    Outsource more than 50-60%.

Yes, how should I go about doing that? Hire more VAs? That would be unprofitable.

Just pass orders to VA via email and get rest of the work done

    No.
If you give it one day or the owner he will try to divert buyers to his own account of service's and he may end up loosing your fiverr account.
And to play with fiverr is a bad idea when you're already making 1.2k.
Although using it via email is still okay.

I would not give your VA control over the account. Just take the time to send them the orders and manage the account on your own. If your account is bringing in $1.2k and you're paying your 1 VA $200, you have a thousands reasons to log into your account every day for just a few minutes.

If you trust your VA enough, sure.

How can I trust them? What kind of mini tests can I do to gauge their trust?

You don't give them tests, you get all their information just like you would if you hired a local employee. Have them fill out basically a job application that has all their personal details and then confirm those details. People are less likely to screw you over when you actually know who they are.

My question is why would you want to risk your entire fiverr account and earning power to a VA ?

Not at all - give your VA jobs that are coming from the business of the fiverr account but do not give up the control over it.
