Should I get a proxy for my new "legit" IG account?

I have been running two Instagram accounts from my phone without proxies. I haven't used any bots, but I have been pretty "active", posting maybe 7-8 pictures a day and following about 300-400 users daily. One of the accounts got shadowbanned (posts don't appear in hashtags), possibly because I unfollowed too many people at once, but it still gets a decent amount of followers from followbacks.

I am now thinking of starting a legit, white hat account for my affiliate business, but I am rather paranoid about my "track record" on IG. I don't want to risk my account getting banned somewhere along the way because my IP has previously been used in a suspicious manner. On the other hand I don't want to waste money on a proxy if that is unnecessary (especially since I would only be using that proxy for one account) plus I would prefer to use my IG on my phone and not bluestacks.

In addition to these two accounts I have one personal account on the same IP and I may have created one more account in the past, so that would bring my account count to four on one IP. These accounts are inactive however, in case that matters.

Why would IG allow you to log into 5 different accounts at once if it's bannable? I would only worry if you plan on doing anything against their TOS.
