Should I encourage followers to tag my acc or use # to their description?

So my acc selects influencers/followers' pics to post. I want to put something at my bio to let followers know if they have any pics want to attract my attention. Should I say "Tag my acc for potential featured" or should I ask them to use hashtag for my acc?

Which way would bring me more organic followers for long term? please advice. thanks.

Hashtags. Once you get big people are going to spam you with tags

Having an audience using one hashtag is a fantastic brand builder

A lot of their customers take selfies using the product and tag them, If a customer has 327 real life friends as followers it acts as a direct referral.

Sidenote they are set to do $20M in sales and are pretty much an 'Instagram brand' only.

She has a huge influencer network, The Fifth Watches did $100k sales in like 10 minutes in their first launch I think? they had email subscribers for pre launch and a huge following on the page already.

MVMNT + Daniel Wellington are killing Instagram also

Yes! this is a good idea, once you start getting big do like "Tag your pictures with #hashtags and you may be featured!"
