Should I do JV for carrying on my business - US peoples please read this

I have got my PayPal banned and income coming to 0 from $500-$1000.

I have applied for many adult payment processing gateways but they are not accepting me as I live in India and they want US bank account.
So Should I do JV with someone from US and give him 15-20% of my profits for using his bank account?
And If I use sites like ejunkie or payloadz like websites to sell my products by integrating them with my brother's PayPal account, then would there be chances of it too getting blocked?
Would PayPal then know from where payment is coming?

And any interested US people can perosnal message me here for JV also and let's see what happens.
Any help would be appreciated.

I don't think many people would risk their paypal account for ~$100/mo

I do not need PayPal account.
Only US bank account no. So that money goes directly to that bank through payment gateways.

2CO doesn't allow adult content.

I have got 2 mails in 4 days of customer asking for the products.
I really need a US bank account to keep my business rolling.

Let's say you get access to a US bank account or an alternative to banking,
What's the likely hood that the account will not get shut down.

Got to keep in mind a US person will have to pay tax on any income that comes into his/her bank account. Can you just except money via paypal alternative?

I feel a bit uncertain about this, but I know that if you head over to /r/Beermoney and /r/SlaveLabour on Reddit that you will find many people jumping at the opportunity.

Payment gateways ban you not bank as in bank term of conditions there is never mentioned anything.
They process all payments but for processing payment by gateways they need permission so they ban you for selling adult material.

I would try on reddit too.
But I most certainly believe in this forum members.
Someone will surely help.
